Supertute ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website supertute.com and related products and services. This policy explains what information we collect across our products and services, and how we use it.

Products and Services We Offer

We offer two types of offerings:

  • Software Products: Pre-built boilerplate packages (LangChain + FastAPI Starter Kit, guides, and templates) sold as digital downloads.
  • App Development Services: Custom AI application development delivered under a fixed-scope project agreement.

Information We Collect

For Software Products

We collect your email address when you purchase a product or sign up for our newsletter. We use this to deliver your purchase, send order confirmations, and occasional product updates.

We use LemonSqueezy/DodoPayments to process payments. We do not store your credit card information.

For App Development Services

When you engage us for development services, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address (for project communication)
  • Business information relevant to your project (company name, project description, technical requirements)
  • Files and data you voluntarily provide for the project

Client project data is used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. We do not use client project data for marketing or share it with third parties outside of what is required to deliver the service.

Payment Data

We do not store your credit card information. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy/DodoPayments. For services, invoices are issued separately and payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential site functionality and analytics. No tracking cookies are used for advertising.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • LemonSqueezy/DodoPayments — payment processing
  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Zoho Mail — transactional email delivery

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@supertute.com.

Data Retention

For software product customers: email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
For services clients: project data is retained for 12 months after project completion.
