Terms of Service

Overview
By using Supertute's website and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all Supertute offerings — software products and app development services.
1. Software Products
License
Software products (boilerplate packages, guides, templates) are licensed under the MIT License unless otherwise specified. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
Disclaimer
SOFTWARE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY.
2. App Development Services
Agreement
App development services are governed by a separate project agreement scope confirming the deliverables, timeline, and price. These terms form the baseline; the project agreement takes precedence for specific engagements.
Fixed Scope
All service engagements are fixed-scope. The deliverables are defined in the project agreement signed before work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a new agreement and additional fees.
Project Process
- Scope Call: We confirm the project scope, technical fit, and timeline.
- Build: We execute the build. You receive weekly progress updates.
- Demo: We demo completed work. You review and request changes.
- Ship: Final deployment to production. Source code delivered.
Revisions
Iterations within the agreed scope are included. Significant scope changes or redesign requests after the project agreement is signed are billed as additional work.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery. Support retainers ($200/month) are billed monthly in advance.
Code Delivery
Upon final payment, all source code is delivered to the client under the MIT license. The client owns the deliverables produced specifically for them.
Support
The Full AI App package includes 1 month of post-launch support. Additional support is available under a separate retainer agreement.
3. General
Disclaimer
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS OR OUTCOMES. PERFORMANCE DEPENDS ON PROJECT COMPLEXITY, DATA QUALITY, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPERTUTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY PROJECT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THAT PROJECT.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Supertute operates.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
