Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products as digital downloads of full source code, we have a strict no-refund policy.

1. Digital Goods

When you purchase a Supertute starter kit, you are purchasing immediate access to the underlying source code. Because this digital asset cannot be "returned" or revoked once downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "lack of expertise".

2. Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our code. If you encounter a critical bug that prevents the core functionality from working as advertised, and our support team is unable to resolve it or provide a workaround, please reach out to hello@supertute.com for assistance. Any exceptions to the no-refund policy are made at our sole discretion.
